Since its inception in November 1995, Ofori Poku Company Limited (OPCL) has provided industry leading haulage, mining and premium transportation services to Ghanains and within the Sub region. We have evolved into one of Ghana’s major mining company providing both surface and underground mining solutions. Based on our track record of providing exceptional haulage services to the first and only bauxite company in Ghana, OPCL’s role extended to bauxite mining operations for a period of approximately three (3) years after the takeover by Bosai Minerals Group. After which Bosai Minerals Group took over the mining operations and ceded off the haulage operations to OPCL from 2013 till date. Following Bosai exit in 2021, OPCL acquired the shares of Ghana Bauxite Company Limited, making GBC a wholly Ghanaian Company.
